ndiana University Vice President and Director of Intercollegiate Athletics Fred Glass announced today that a new state-of-the-art scoreboard is being installed at the South end of Memorial Stadium for the 2010 football season. Indiana senior quarterback Ben Chappell is a nominee for the 2010 Allstate AFCA Good Works Team®. Chappell is IU’s third straight nominee, following Austin Starr in 2008 and Jammie Kirlew in 2009. Kirlew was named to the prestigious 11-player team last season.

Following the conclusion of the 2009-10 academic year, the Big Ten Conference announced that 484 student-athletes have been selected as recipients of the Big Ten Distinguished Scholar Award.
