Unique bond unites fans, organization like none other in NFL

Like laces tying together a football, there are strong bonds between football teams and their towns all over America. Katrina has huddled these two up like perhaps no other. “I felt like it was a calling,” New Orleans QB Drew Brees said, “an opportunity to come here and not only be a part of the rebuilding of the organization, but to be part of the rebuilding of the city and the region.”

Safety Nick Polk will participate in the Pro Football Hall of Fame Texas vs. the Nation Challenge on Saturday, Feb. 6. The fourth annual contest will kick off at noon MST at Sun Bowl Stadium in El Paso, Texas.
