BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (AP) – Junior college linebacker Jeff Thomas has signed a national letter-of-intent to play football at Indiana next season. Thomas, who is 6-foot-1, 240 pounds, played at Foothill Community College in Los Altos Hills, Calif.
